Συγκοπτικά Επεισόδια σε Ασθενή με Διατατική Μυοκαρδιοπάθεια και ICD

Ασθενής ηλικίας 42 ετών προσήλθε στο ΤΕΠ του Νοσοκομείου μας αιτιώμενος επανειλημμένα συγκοπτικά επεισόδια τις τελευταίες ημέρες. Ο ασθενής έπασχε από ιδιοπαθή διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια (ΚΕ~35%) και από 6μήνου έφερε διπλοεστιακό εμφυτεύσιμο απινιδωτή (TELIGEN®, Boston Scientific) στα πλαίσια δευτερογενούς πρόληψης λόγω εμμενουσών μονόμορφων κοιλιακών ταχυκαρδιών. Ο ασθενής ήταν σε πλήρη αγωγή με β-αναστολέα, α-ΜΕΑ, επλερενόνη, φουροσεμίδη, στατίνη, αμιωδαρόνη και ασπιρίνη.
