Abstract

Άνδρας, 42 ετών, προσήλθε με ταχυκαρδία με ευρέα QRS. Από το ατομικό του αναμνηστικό αναφέρονται πολλά παρόμοια επεισόδια ταχυκαρδίας χωρίς αιμοδυναμική επιβάρυνση. Όπως φαίνεται από το ΗΚΓ επιφανείας 12-απαγωγών, η ταχυκαρδία έχει συχνότητα 176 bpm, μορφολογία LBBB και δεξιό άξονα. Είναι σαφής η μορφολογία “negative concordance pattern” του QRS στις προκάρδιες απαγωγές V1 έως V5 και η ύπαρξη qR στην απαγωγή V6... (excerpt)
