Περίπτωση 1η / Ταχυκαρδία με Ευρέα QRS
Πρόκειται για γυναίκα 74 ετών, υπερτασική, παχύσαρκη με ιστορικό μη διερευνηθείσης καρδιακής ανεπαρκείας κλάσης NYHA ΙΙ – ΙΙΙ και κλάσμα εξώθησης 40%, η οποία προσεκομίσθη στο τμήμα επειγόντων περιστατικών αιτιώμενη αίσθημα παλμών από διώρου συνοδευομένο από ζάλη και λιποθυμική τάση. Από το ατομικό της αναμνηστικό δεν αναφέρθηκαν παρόμοια συμπτώματα. Η αιμοδυναμική της κατάσταση ήταν σταθερή με αρτηριακή πίεση 100/75 mmHg και σφύξεις ~ 140 bpm. Στο ΗΚΓ διαπιστώθηκε ταχυκαρδία με ευρέα QRS (Εικόνα 1). Ακολούθησε επιτυχής ανάταξη της ταχυκαρδίας με άμεση κλινική βελτίωση της ασθενούς. Το νέο ΗΚΓ της ασθενούς παρουσιάζεται στην Εικόνα 2...
